150g flour
100g butter
20g corn flour
1 egg yolk

Also, I didn’t use the mixer to mix the ingredients; instead I use the spatula to mix it before I knead it with my hand.
According to my mum, she said this after her first bite to the tart “this only call pineapple tart….. those you made last time……. “ LOL
Yes, it is yummy!!!

u use butter? i thought u dont like milky taste?
haha…nicer ? Btw, u need to dilute (add water to your egg yolk) for brushing so it wont come out too dark.
If u find adding strips on top troublesome, you can just add a DOT with your dough on top.
i feel like buying an oven now..!
