Investing in stock is just like gambling in a casino, especially if you know nothing about it. The closing price and opening price could be in very big different which I think I never saw before in KLSE. :S

Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentThere is one day; my gal asked me if I can buy her an iPhone for her birthday present. Gosh… she is only 5 and she request for an iPhone. Btw, her intention is to play the games instead of use the phone feature. Because of that request, I started to think about whether I should get her a phone when she goes to school later. Just to keep the phone for emergency use although I don’t know if she does understand what emergency is. LOL anyway, I think it should be ok if I just get the prepaid cell phones instead of those expensive phone.
double fire and home insurance March 26, 2010
Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentMy colleague complaint that the management office bought the fire and home insurance and charge to his account while at the same time, the bank bought one too. Meaning, he got double insured his house. :S to save unnecessary money, he send the copy of insurance (bought by the management) to the bank and to proof that the house was already bought an insurance and ask for a refund. Glad to know that the bank agreed to refund to him.

Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentA friend is asking is there is any Toyota SUV available for sale in my company as she planned to upgrade her current mini car to the SUV. She is a big fan of Toyota car, as well as her husband. Oh yea, I am working in a car dealer and because of that, she came to ask me about that. Anyway, it is not available in my company.
Recently, there is a lot of bad news and scandal from Toyota. However, the scandal is about the safety issue and lucky that not all the model are get involved. Anyway, I think the scandal doesn’t affect the market here as the model involved is not available in our place here. Could you believe that our company has just purchase 2 units of Toyota car. My boss also a big fan of Toyota and one of the reasons he told us is, toyota accessories are much cheaper as compare to other brand, furthermore it is very easy to get it when needed. Btw, I heard that the after sales of Toyota is quite good, and if you want to bring your car for a service or checkup, you have to make appointment prior to it and it is not easy to book for one if you are in a last minute. Of course, it also proof that they have very good business too.
Besides my friend and the boss, YH just told me that her boss also just bought a new Camry from Toyota. Her boss paid 150k for the car but the price she saw from the AP is only 40k and the tax payable to the customs is 40k. She complained that the car dealer is earning 100% margin! Gosh… that is a lot and too much! The earning for 1 unit of vehicle is much more than my annual income!

Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentThis morning, the boy just complains to me that I never bring him to ‘sit’ on the helicopter. Now he doesn’t want to sit on an airplane but a helicopter. Besides the cars, he is now likes to play with air plane too and the tv stands is now become the airport for his air plane. He will just throw everything on the tv stand to clear the space for his airport. :S

The customer service officer that answered my call unable to answer the question I asked so he asked me leaves my contact number so that he can call me back after finds out the answer. So I did. Know what, they never call me until now!! they are the most terrible customer service I ever meet!

Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentDon’t you think that it is too much for a service line industry charging expensive phone call for their customer service? Mind you, I had a very good customer service experience for free when I call to request for insurance quotes!!!
AA has recently upgraded their customer service contact no to premium no which cost RM1.95 per minute. And it doesn’t meant that you will get to talk to the customer service immediately but you will be put on hold or passing the line from one to another for at least 5 or 10 minutes!
I am so curious is there any way to file a complaint to the government about this matter?

I don’t think I am a theme park freak, but I like to visit theme park… and I think maybe the atmosphere and environment in the theme park could make me happy. Of course, I will be much happier if I was offered with Outer Banks vacation for free…..

Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentLately, I am craving for chocolate and I have at least a bar of chocolate in my bag everyday. I remember I was told that eating too much of chocolate will cause the heat and tend to have acne problem and may need to get the adult acne treatments. Well, I don’t agree to this statement as I never facing any of these problems before. I used to eat a lot of chocolate previously; or maybe my body already tolerance to the chocolate. LOL

I thought I will get to look slimmer after taking the colon cleanser and why not since it help to detox too. However, I was wrong. According to the colon cleansing review, a colon cleaser is doesn’t really meant to slimming but it does help since it help to clear the undigested waste inside our body. :S
