the LCD TV December 29, 2007
Posted by admin in : Shopping , add a commentHere is our new LCD.

The picture quality for the channel like TV1, 2, 3 8TV and NTV 7 is very bad, it is worst than the quality of a VCD. I think maybe the reception in my area is no good.
As for DVD, it is really clear, sharp and good, especially if there is a home theatre system to create the sound surrounding effect.
Anyway, RM4k for a 40†V series of LCD is consider cheap. Isn’t it?
Cardigan for boy December 22, 2007
Posted by admin in : Shopping , 1 comment so farHowever, we couldn’t find any cheap cardigan during the autumn trip in Japan.
There is no sale at that time, but I manage to find this cardigan for the boy. It is not as cheap as the gal’s cardigan, but it is not so pricey too with its quality. It cost 1500 Yen, about RM45.00, still cheap, right? I bet you can find this price in Malaysia even from the similar brand!
Btw, this cardigan is a bit thicker than KW’s cardigan.

The cheap Cardigan December 22, 2007
Posted by admin in : Shopping , 1 comment so farI bought this GAP cardigan during my last year sakura trip in Japan. it cost me 900 Yen only for this cardigan, which is about RM27.00, very cheap, right? Cheap until I couldn’t believe and recheck the price for few times until I very sure that there is no “1†before the “900â€!
It was the collection of spring 2006, and I was there on the spring too. So, I just don’t understand why there they throw the price of the spring collection! It was early spring when I was there! But frankly, we definitely can’t that cheap of clothes in our place here although it is on the so called big sales, as well as the off season clothes.
That’s why I like to buy GAP when I was in Japan.

It is the collection of Spring 2006

Some maths calculation December 21, 2007
Posted by admin in : Doubt , 3commentsLet do some maths, ok?
Do you think that KL and KL is so far apart? Like Seri Kembangan/Sg Buloh to KLCC? Is it far actually? it shouldn’t be, right?
Ok, what about from the JB to Orchard Road? Is it far also? Or almost the same distance of SK to KLCC?
As for the traffic issue, I bet they should be almost the same!
I am thinking to stay in JB for my coming trip to Singapore as I can get the cheaper corporate rate in one of the hotel in JB.
What is your suggestion?
Medical checkup December 17, 2007
Posted by admin in : Laugh , 3commentsIt is normal for a multinational company or a big company to have the medical checkup for their staffs. I thought it should be a normal checkup like the blood test, urine test and some general check up, but it is not. Not as simple as I thought according to my friend.
I think gals must be very interested for the check up procedure. One of the checking involved is you have to take off your shirt and pant, just wear your underwear to let the doctor check on your chest and abdomen. Abdomen is considered as upper part of body, why have to take off the pant?
The funniest is, after the chest and abdomen checking, guys have to take off their underwear to let the doctor check on their lil brother!! Hahahhaha ……… funny, right?
Why the doctor needs to check on the brother? To see if he is working? But what I m interested is how the doctor check on it! Play with it or ask the man do something on his brother? And is there any nurse beside when checking on the brother?
Cute little boot for tiny feet December 14, 2007

OMG, this cute little boot is selling at 1090 Yen only, which is equal to RM33.00. I think that is quite cheap actually. Frankly, RM33 is not enough to buy a pair of boot here in our place. Further, suede is using to the boot for a comfortable wearing and also zip on the side so that it can be wear easily.
Donut from J. Co, Pavillion December 6, 2007
Posted by admin in : Love , 1 comment so farAfter reading so much on how tastier the donuts of J. Co, I am so tempting wants to give it a try. But, we just can’t make the trip to Pavillion…. sigh
But, my good colleague bought me this, the chocolate nuts donut from J. Co.
They know my favorite, chocolate instead of cheesey! I really can’t see the box on my table for hours and decided to give it a bite! Hey man, the donut still soft and tastier, they bought it last night and it still great after a day.
So, going to Pavillion Q-up for the donuts has added to my tomorrow’s to-do list! Oh, I am on leave tomorrow!! Don’t miss me ya!

Experience with customs December 2, 2007
Posted by admin in : Shopping , 5commentsI decided to try my luck and settle the customs thingy of my parcel today. If my parcel really need to go to the pharmacy then only I appoint Pos Malaysia to work for me.
I first go to room no. 2, the Pos logistic department, to collect all the invoice and document and then headed to Counter No. 1 to collect my parcel for customs check. The parcel then checks in the counter 2 by the customs officer and they are the one who decided whether if I have to pay the taxes.
The customs officer writes something on the paper and I have to go back to the room no. 2 to collect my customs K1 Form, which is also known as AP. The customs officer asks the Pos officer to input my cosmetic stuff as normal category which doesn’t have to go through the pharmacy department or else I cannot collect my parcel by today. Ops, the customs officer so good!
The tax is applicable only to the CD and the clothes, and I have to pay total taxes of RM83.41 and RM18 for POS to issue the K1.
I collect my parcel after paying the tax and get the document exchange with my entry pass at counter 1.
It is not a bad experience as the taxes paid is not much; btw, it was my second purchase from Japan. My first purchase which contains clothes only has no problem at all.

The 2 boxes of Parcel

The Uniqlo boxes with all the clothes of her and mine

The Rakuten boxes with all the mask, lotion, furikake and the CD

The Kastam K1 (AP)

The taxes I paid
