Posted by admin in : Others , add a commentBefore I join the cari wang bandwagon, I m a lazy blogger, I blog only when I have the idea, when I have the mood and when I am free. One of the reason is I m no good in English so it was quite hard for me to think on how to write.
But, after I join the cari wang bandwagon, I don’t care about my rojak English and I m trying my best to improve myself by learning more words and the grammar. Besides, I m also been force to update my blog more regularly. Is it another benefit by joining these bandwagon besides earning extra income?

Posted by admin in : Doubt , add a commentA lot of foreign multinational company encourage “Work, Life, Balance” but not Malaysia.
Although our government didt encourage “Work, Life, Balance“, but our government servant did achieve the goal of work-life balance themselves, for example, they start work at 8am, breakfast at 10am for about 30mins, lunch at 12pm for about an hr plus, chit chat for 30mins to 50mins before they really start work, tea time at 3pm for 30mins and chit chat for another 30mins bfore cont their work, and finish work at 5pm. They work for less than 6 hrs a day despite the normal working hours of 8 hrs. According to the encyclopedia,
The work-life balance strategy offers a variety of means to reduce stress levels and increase job satisfaction in the employee while enhancing business benefits for the employer.
However, our government department seems like never improve to provide a better service to us. Do you agree ??
